There’s a big difference between normal tiredness and chronic fatigue tiredness — and understanding that difference can change how you recover. 🧠 Normal tiredness happens when you’ve used energy appropriately maybe you went for a short walk or did the dishes. You feel pleasantly tired, but your body can bounce back. 😣 Chronic fatigue tiredness is different.
