The best foods for a bulk are almost the opposite of the best foods for a cut. When you're trying to gain muscle, getting enough calories consistently can become the challenge. That's where calorie-dense foods become incredibly useful. Nuts. Trail mix. Dried fruit. Granola. Higher-fat meats. Foods I'd control carefully during a cut can suddenly become some of my best tools during a bulk. Same foods. Different goal. Nutrition is always about context.
