Replying to @Cosmo 💉⚠️ A cannula is SINGLE USE. If it comes out of the skin, it should NEVER go back in. Yes, severe infections like mine are rare… but “rare” doesn’t mean impossible. The fact that so many people say this has happened to them is genuinely shocking. Reinserting IV cannulas after failed attempts is not only incorrect practice - it’s dangerous, lazy and completely inexcusable. Patient safety should never be compromised for convenience. If sharing my experience stops even one perso
