Dr Joe Dituri aka ‘Dr Deep Sea’ performed an experiment in 2023 when he lived underwater at 1.8 ata for 100 days. He tested all his bio markers while he was down there. He found; * his inflammation reduced * his cortisol levels reduced * his testosterone went up * his REM sleep went up * his telomere lengths went up Dr Deep Sea reduced his biological age by 10 years!
