President Trump detailed the alleged vandalism to the reflecting pool in Washington D.C. The administration just added fencing around the pool after the president claimed vandals slashed the lining of the pool liner. “They went down with probably a boxcutter, or a very sharp razor of some kind or some kind of knife, and they cut, and then they started ripping it up,” Trump said. “You know why?
